TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Embroidery Setup (one-time): Custom digitizing $20 per 1,000 stitches (”average” left chest design runs approx. 6,000 stitches) Stock Lettering $15-25 depending upon content.

• Screenprinting Setup: Initial order, $25 per color. Exact repeat orders, screen resetup is $10 per color.

• Creative Services/Artwork: Quoted on individual basis. For custom artwork, a $70 deposit is required at time of order.

• Original Logo Packages: Silver, Gold & Platinum packages are available. For more information contact LogoWorks.

• Minimum Order Quantities: Imprinted apparel or caps - 12 pieces.

• Blank apparel: No minimum (handling charge may apply for orders under $50).

• Customer-provided Garments: You may add your own items to your order of LogoWorks goods; add $2 each plus regular logo run charge for those garments.

• Samples: All samples must be returned in like-new condition, which allows them to be fitted but not worn or laundered. Any unreturned items will be billed to customer.

• Combining garment styles/colors: If the same imprint/colors can be used on all garments in an order, we will combine them to offer you the best price. Caps are run and billed separately.

• Freight: All inbound freight is F.O.B. point of origin. Freight charges are added to your invoice at cost.

• Order Changes/Cancellations: All unimprinted merchandise ordered at your request is subject to a 15% factory restocking fee plus incoming and return freight. Imprinted merchandise cannot be returned except in case of manufacturing defect. All claims must be made within 10 days of order receipt.

• Terms: First orders require a 50% deposit with balance due at delivery. Payment may be made via company check, cash, or major credit card. Net 15 terms available with approved credit application. All prices are subject to change without notice. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer the closest equal or better substitution.
